Returns (Damaged Products Only)

  • We only accept returns if the product delivered to you is damaged or defective.

  • To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and supporting images/videos of the damaged product.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • COD charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. Only refunds are applicable for eligible damaged products.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipped or Tracking number generate. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.
